Robertson County Pediatric Dentistry's mission is to deliver the best possible dental care for infants, children, teens and kids with special healthcare needs.
Our pediatric dental office has the latest state-of-the-art equipment to make sure your child has access to everything he or she needs at their visits. We have built our office with children in mind- offering a fun, comfortable environment which helps ensure a fun and easy visit.
We pride ourselves in practicing ethically and honestly, always taking the time to explain our findings. We always consider all appropriate treatment options and try to present the most conservative plans, when possible. It is important for us to be helpful to our patients and answer any questions you might have regarding your child’s dental care.
Starting early with prevention and good habits will help build a life-long smile and relationship with your pediatric dentist. Thank you for trusting us with one of the most joyful gifts a child has to offer, their smile!
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. This includes deductibles and co-insurance. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We also take Care Credit.
For patients that require dental treatment, we compile a treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will review the recommended treatment and the estimation of your dental insurance reimbursement.
Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.
We are always available to answer any
questions you may have.
For after hours emergencies, please call
615.382.9005 and listen to our message.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled throughout the day.
Sedation appointments are scheduled
in only in the morning.
Our afternoon appointments are for routine visits and older children requiring minor dental treatment.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
We, along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommend you bring your child in by his or her first birthday.
During your first visit, you will be introduced to our Pediatric Dental Team, given an office tour and and given an opportunity to discuss your child's unique smile and ways to keep it beautiful for years to come.
Depending on the age of your child, he or she will either be given a knee-to-knee examination (where your baby’s head will rest on our doctor’s knee while their body is on your lap) or a regular exam in the doctor’s chair.
Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help your child care for their own teeth. In most cases, we will also clean their teeth on this visit, and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
What is a Pediatric Dentist?
A Pediatric Dentist is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of children and the monitoring of their facial growth and development. Our office is designed for treating children from infancy through adolescence, as well as the medically and the physically compromised. In our opinion, taking your child to see a pediatric dental specialist is as important as taking them to see a pediatrician.
Our Services
Preventive Oral Hygiene Instruction:
This includes proper brushing, flossing and eating habits, ideal fluoride levels and the use of pit and fissure sealants. We strive to provide a fun, educational environment whose children learn about the importance of good dental hygiene.
Restorative Dentistry:
This includes children’s fillings, crowns and prosthesis, including treatment of the often devastating nursing bottle decay. We are committed to discussing all options before these procedures and answering all questions you may have. Always working for the goal of a healthy smile is our first priority.
Emergency Treatment:
While our goal is to prevent dental emergencies, we understand that the need for urgent dental care is sometimes necessary and can be a stressful experience for both parents and children. We strive to handle dental emergencies promptly and with compassion. More about emergencies.
Establishing Your Child’s Dental Home
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry encourages parents and other care providers to help every child establish a dental home by 12 months of age. Establishing a dental home provides some key components to dental care for your child including...

"My children have been going here for years. Dr. Beauchamp and her staff are wonderful; very communicative and informative. The waiting room has a game zone to keep children occupied or they can watch tv in a quaint sitting room. They also offer hot or ice water and tea bags. A restroom is easily accessible as well. I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family, or strangers.

"Nothing but great things to say! Both of my daughters had appts at 9am and we were out by 9:36! It was my 4 year olds first visit, and I just knew she was going to be scared, but she giggled as soon as we walked in and went right over to the kids movie room. When we were called back, she hopped up in the seat, put her glasses and headphones on and sat back and watched Peter Rabbit while they worked on her teeth. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly! Good reports from Dr. Beauchamp for both girls and off we went! Highly recommend!"

"I love love LOVE Dr. Beauchamp and my two kids do too! I was worried they wouldn't see my kids because of their ages, (now 3 and 1) but they did and were great with them! I HIGHLY recommend them to whoever needs to have their children's teeth taken care of! Again wonderful company!"
